We are located in Jersey City, NJ. We own and operate a small hair boutique as well as a Millinery shop under the same roof. We can style your hair or cover it with a fly hat.
- How to measure for my head for a Custom Tossed Hat or Veil?

Veils: (Bandeau and Birdcage Veils):
Most of our veils are made wider and with a little more height (than normal) to fit most. If you have a lot of texture/curls or will be wearing your hair down or have a larger size head, please let us know as an additional charge may be added to use more material to customize your needs.
Hats: (Fedoras, Rancher & Straw Hats...Coming Spring/Summer 2024!):
To determine your hat size, use a flexible ribbon measuring tape, wrap the measuring tape around the largest part of your head. Stay about 1⁄2 inch above your ears and eyebrows. Make sure it's comfy, not too tight (measure 2 to 3 times for accuracy in your measurement). If you're in between sizes, choose the next size up.
*Most of our Ready-To-Toss (Made) hats are created using the Medium and Large size. Use hat inserts to downsize hat as needed.
- What payment options do you accept for Custom and Ready to Ship Orders?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa). We also accept payment through Zelle.
A $250 USD non-refundable deposit is required when placing your 'Made-To-Toss' order. The remainder will be invoiced and requested to be paid at the completion of your custom order.
- How long is the typical wait time to receive my Made to Order item?

We have three four (4) shipping time-lines for our hats/veils:
1. Ready to Toss Hat (Ready to ship the next business day)
2. Ready To Toss Veil (Ready to ship the next business day)
3. Made-To-Toss Hat (Made-To-Order - Ships in 7 to 10 business days)
4. Made-To-Toss Veil (Made-To-Order - Ships in 3 to 5 business days)
- Do you have a cancellation/refund/return policy?

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:
We do not accept cancellations at this time. You have one (1) year from the date of purchase to use your Tossed Hat Store Credit. You also have the option to transfer the amount to be used as a gift card for a loved one (in which they will up to one year or less to use the credit from the date of your original purchase) towards a Tossed Hat or Veil.
RETURN POLICY:
Due to the nature of the items, we do not accept returns at this time.
